Saving and Organizing Show Files
Consistently naming files with a structured format, including event name and version number, helps keep multiple show files organized. For example, "Year-Organization-Event-Version". Using “Save As” allows for easy duplication and version tracking throughout programming.
Backups and Autosave
Enabling autosave ensures that progress isn’t lost during a session. Saving to external USB drives or cloud storage provides an extra layer of security in case of hardware failure.
