Audio control for immersive sound systems has never been more streamlined thanks to Stream Deck integration with d&b Soundscape's DS100 processor. The combination enables instant control over spatial audio parameters, reverb settings, and mix presets - perfect for both live worship experiences and broadcast environments.
Seamless Stream Deck Integration
The d&b Soundscape DS100 processor communicates directly with Stream Deck through OSC protocol commands. By entering the DS100's IP address and port number into Stream Deck's configuration, any function from reverb settings to object positioning becomes accessible at the touch of a button. The straightforward setup process makes it easy for technical teams to create custom control interfaces.
Practical Applications for Worship
Stream Deck buttons can be programmed to instantly recall specific reverb rooms, adjust spatial positioning of vocalists, or load complete mix presets. For example, worship teams can set up dedicated buttons for different singers, expanding their spatial presence without adjusting levels. Different presets can be created for Sunday services, Wednesday night worship, or choir rehearsals - enabling consistent experiences across various events.
Streamlined Operations
The automation possibilities significantly reduce the workload on technical staff. Preset configurations can be triggered with a single button press, allowing volunteer operators to manage complex spatial audio setups confidently. This automation is particularly valuable for churches running both in-person and streaming services, where consistent audio quality is crucial but technical expertise may vary between operators.
