Description

Being a great team player starts with small but important habits:

Avoid noodling: Don’t play between songs—it interrupts troubleshooting and communication.
Keep your area clean: Tidy cables, pedals, and gear for safety, professionalism, and faster problem-solving.
Tune before you play: This applies to every instrument—string, percussion, or otherwise.
Respect the clock: Arrive at your designated call time, and be ready before each service segment starts.
