Video switchers have a certain timing that they need to run at, and we use Frame Sync to make sure our sources line up with that speed.

- It’s important to know that every time we use Fram Sync, we will lose one frame in playback time. Essentially, this is causing our source to be behind by one frame which results in just a slight amount of latency.
- Not all switchers have frame sync for every input.
